18 days post MOHs
Nose is still red and has scab. Morgan got close to my face today and said my nose looked gross but that I was beautiful.

1 week later
I'm very pleased with the healing of this cut. The stitches are clear but they are starting to stand up. They get removed in 10 days.

2nd morning
It's Sunday morning and I'm still feeling good and no black eyes. After experimenting with different bandages, I finally found a combination that sticks and doesn't look too bad.

Bandage change
Wish the nurse would've shown me how to make my own bandage. I can't get it to stick or look like hers. I'm going to buy large bandaids today.

2 hours later
Using ice to help with swelling. Going to finish some laundry and get comfy for a night of eating pizza and movie watching. Tomorrow should be fun.
Waiting
I've been numbed and cut. Bandaged up in waiting room waiting to see if the results show they got it all. Could take 45 minutes.
Basal Cell - February 19, 2016
Back at it again. Today I'm having a milder form of skin cancer removed from my nose. I'm more nervous about this procedure then I was my eye. I guess because my eye was over and done with in 9 days and I've had this appointment for 2 months. There was not as much talk about what to except with recovery either. The "in-office," wide awake, procedure is scheduled for 12:05 today. Here is a picture of my nose from last night. There is a small red spot in the middle part of the bridge that will be removed.

1 1/2 year check up
Lucky me! I now have a basil cell carcinoma. MOHs surgery is scheduled for February 19, 2016. That's a Friday afternoon. Was told to take the weekend off work - good thing I quit Skyline - but may be able to work on Monday. Ill tell the students my black eyes are from a fight.
